I’m Shaun I have over 20 years in the property industry as well as a number of years in the IT industry as a Service Delivery SME.
This has led me to help busy IT professionals and those who want to replace their income and build generational wealth through strategic property investment.
I offer my consultancy services to those new to property investment, and those with the funds but not the time to find suitable properties to add to their portfolio.

I have helped Landlords manage properties as well as helping people to buy their first property investment and those who want to add to their portfolio. We also assist those who require consultant services for extensions, general building works and upgrades.
We have also worked with the renowned German eco-friendly builder to find funding packages as well as project management for clients whom we have helped to build Huf Haus’.
I am well-versed in direct-to-vendor marketing and have garnered hundreds of leads through Facebook advertising. I also help those new to Facebook advertising to set up campaigns for property leads. We are well focused on our own projects as well which include ground up developments.
