A short introduction to our team
Beverley Butler - Director
Beverley, my Mum and inspiration, spent the first part of her professional career as a banker and accountant. She jointly created the family business Rychwood Property and has been applying her other skills, having gained experience within the Property Industry for well over 30 years. She has successfully worked with most of the known house builders within the industry since the late eighties which included, management, sourcing, planning, feasibility, construction, sales, marketing, site set-up, staffing, costing, and at the same time incorporating her artistic skills in interior design and decoration.
Shaun Morgan - Owner/Director
Shaun the founder of the company has been extremely passionate about property; this has been the case from a young age observing the family over the years in the projects and being more hands on in recent years. He also has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry and is very systems based, but also well versed in property and development projects as well as refurbishments. Other skills include management, sales and retail. Founded TRM Property to help other like minded professionals to transition into property investing and building portfolios.
Whitford Butler - Director
Whitford Butler, my Uncle and fellow inspiration, has been using his enormous skill base from applying his artistic design skills, engineering, general business management, new build, refurbishment, and renovation experience for well over 30 years successfully delivering projects predominantly gained by client referrals. He is extremely fastidious in his approach to every task, meticulous with planning and an eye for detail. He has built up an enormous reputation as the “go to property person” due to his standard of work and the quality of finish with any project this being are part of his many strengths.
